Security Officer Grade C – Key Responsibilities
1. Protection & Safety Operations
- Safeguard employees, visitors, buildings, vehicles, and assets
- Ensure overall safety at assigned sites
2. Access Control & Visitor Management
- Monitor entrances/exits and permit authorized access
- Direct traffic flow when necessary
3. Patrols & Surveillance
- Conduct regular patrols of buildings and perimeters
- Monitor CCTV, alarms, and security infrastructure
4. Incident Response & Reporting
- Respond promptly to emergencies, irregularities, and breaches
- Complete detailed incident reports
5. Policy Enforcement & Compliance
- Enforce company security rules and procedures
- Support emergency protocols, including evacuation and fire safety
6. Equipment & Operational Readiness
- Maintain security equipment functionality
- Report malfunctions immediately
7. Customer Service & Professional Conduct
- Maintain professional interactions with staff, clients, and visitors
- Deliver excellent customer service
8. Risk Awareness & Threat Identification
- Identify potential threats and site vulnerabilities
- Respond appropriately to suspicious activity

Qualifications & Experience
